Glue Down Installation

WHY Water-Based Finishes?
We use top of the line water based finishes. Not only is a water based finish a harder product, it won’t yellow over time. It’s also very low VOC, unlike old school polyurethanes that take days to dry and also create unhealthy fumes in your home. Poly finishes tend to be soft, yellowing, cheap and add an unpleasant odor that lingers for months and years after application.

Dust-Free Sanding
We use dust collection systems alongside our machines and tools to prevent as much dust as possible. These systems eliminate the vast majority of the dust produced by the sanding equipment and other tools.
We also hang plastic to separate areas where the work is being completed, as another measure to reduce the amount of dust.
Hardwood Flooring Repair
For best results, repairs are performed prior to sanding or refinishing. Repairs can range from a simple knot fix to a full plank replacement. We can lace-in new wood with old in the event you moved walls during a remodel or have water-damaged wood that needs to be replaced.
